Privacy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. Short, because there is not much.
What we hold
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address — everything needed to get a parcel to you and tell you where it is.
If you make an account, your order history sits behind your login. If you check out as a guest, we keep the order record against your email so we can find it when you ask about it.
Payment
We never see or store card details. Cash on delivery is settled with the courier; bank transfers are settled with your bank. All we record is which method you chose and, for a transfer, the reference number you give us.
The mailing list is opt-in and one click to leave. We do not sell the list, rent it, or hand it to anyone else.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@unfilteredlens.store and we will remove your account and personal details. Order records are kept for tax purposes, with the personal fields stripped.
