Flat PKR 200 anywhere in Pakistan. Free once your order passes PKR 5,000.

Orders leave within two working days. Abbottabad and Islamabad usually land next day; the rest of the country takes three to five. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Wrong size is the one thing we can always fix. Send it back unworn with the tag still attached within 14 days and we will swap it for another size, no charge on the return leg.

Runs are small, so the size you want has sometimes already gone. When that happens we refund in full rather than leave you waiting for a reprint that is not coming.

Print cracking, a seam letting go, anything that is our fault — email hello@unfilteredlens.store with your order number and a photograph. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

COD orders are confirmed by a quick phone call before they ship. If we cannot reach you on the number given after two attempts, the order is cancelled and the stock goes back on the shelf.
